I randomly came across your writeup, picked it up, carried on as it felt quite relatable, and then it ended like a web series, leaving me in a ‘what next’ kind of mood. This is how I am feeling right before subscribing.
I don't know if I'd call them hardships. Hurdles, maybe? Every single entrepreneur goes through this, I think. From Phil Knight to your neighborhood kirana guy.
Now that I've made the journey a few times, I'd consider it a feature, not bug, of entrepreneurship. Grit (along with a little bit of luck) determines long term success.
I didn't mean hardships in a derogatory way of course...Yes...I have failed thrice ...but I learnt to treat my failures as lessons.
The only time I lost courage and I regret was in the stockmarket. I had entered it when I was 18years old and made a fair bit of money for the next few years and then lost some money. I never entered it again for the next 14 years till my wife made a blind plunge.
I left most of our money in FDs and lost the opportunity to compound my wealth for those 14 years.
I also have the huge disadvantage of coming from a working background family. Business and risk averse.

But you know that just as well as I do, no? :)
Hurdles are hard :)

Anyway....very very few regrets...
Now I’m tempted to do an hourlong podcast with you as the debut guest. What an amazing journey!
